Looking for a portable and versatile active speaker for live sound applications? Then look no further than the Mackie Thump212XT 12″ Powered PA Loudspeaker System with DSP and Bluetooth, a powerful PA speaker that includes a 2-channel mixer, great for small club/band PA systems, singer/songwriters, boardrooms, A/V presentations, classrooms, or as a personal monitor for practice or performance. The system features four application-specific voicing modes, an outdoor mode, and Bluetooth for streaming, speaker link, and wireless control.

The Thump212XT’s mixer features two combo XLR-1/4″ mic/line channels with dedicated gain controls, while an XLR output is provided for daisy-chaining additional speakers. A 3.5mm TRS aux input is also available on channel 2 for connecting your favorite portable player. The tough, impact-resistant polypropylene enclosure ensures protection from on-the-road wear and tear. The bottom of the cabinet provides a pole cup for mounting on a speaker pole or stand. Additionally, M10 fly points are included for permanent installation. The angled design allows the speaker to be used as a floor monitor for onstage performance monitoring.

Music Ducking

You’ve got music playing nice and loud, but it’s time for another announcement. Sure, you could mess with your levels every time, but who’s got time for that. Simply press the Music Ducking button, and channel 2 will automatically turn down whenever you speak into the mic on channel 1.

Feedback Eliminator

Ever get a little too up close and personal with the microphone only to hear a loud, ear-destroying squeal? That’s commonly known as feedback. And it’s an unfortunate issue that physics won’t change its mind on. But wait! Hit the Feedback Eliminator button and laugh in the face of those silly acoustic laws.
